Most of us will know how to open Command prompt Windowwhile on Window’s desktop screen. Click on start, click on run, type “cmd” and click on ok. Black command prompt window will come up on the screen. Even with Maximize button at the top of the window, Command Prompt window will at best cover half of the screen.
How to make it cover full screen? Well this is really easy. You can easily open Command prompt windows in full screen that will resemble as if you are working in DOS mode. So here goes steps to make it full screen:

Click on ok and command prompt window will appear.
Now Press Alt & Enter keys at the same time.
Bingo! Command Prompt window will be full screen.

How to take OWNERSHIP of particular folder?
Open properties of that particular folder, click Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Administrators. Click OK and close the propertes.
Then re-open properties of the file, Click Security > Advanced > Edit > select Administrators and click Edit. Click "Full Control", Click OK and close the properties.

HOW TOENABLE THESE OPTIONS:-If you're using the XP theme view, you might not see the Hibernate option when you select to shut down the computer. First try holding down the Shift key to cause the Standby key to change to Hibernate. If that doesn't work, hibernation might not be enabled. Go to Control Panel Performance and Maintenance Power Options (or just Power Options in classic view). On the Hibernation tab, check the box that says Enable hibernation and click OK.
